ORDER PROCESSING
Paintings are shipped within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. Estimated delivery time is 8-20 days from the date of the painting being shipped, depending on the destination.
SHIPPING — EUROPEAN UNION
If you would like to order a painting to be shipped to a country within the European Union, add the chosen painting to your cart, and the shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
The shipping rate depends on the size of the painting and the destination:
• EU (excl. Poland): 40-120 EUR
• Poland: 40-90 PLN
SHIPPING — WORLDWIDE
Worldwide shipping is available. If you would like to order a painting to be shipped to a country outside the European Union, please contact us at hello@karolinakrol.com or book a call and we’ll be happy to provide you with a custom quote.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Karolina Król Studio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY & INSTALLATION SERVICE
Our White Glove Installation is a premium service that goes beyond the standard shipping model. It's designed to ensure that your painting is handled with extra care, attention, and expertise during the shipping, delivery and installation process. Once we arrange a time that works for you, me (the artist) and my husband (professional engineer, passionate craftworker, and highly skilled handyman) will visit you to install your painting ensuring the utmost care and attention to detail. We’ll also bring a bottle of wine to celebrate!
The price of the White Glove Installation service depends on the size of the painting and your location. We calculate the price on a case-by-case basis, but you can expect it to consist of 20% of the price of your purchased painting, plus our travel cost from Warsaw (Poland).
